It is actually an extension of the site LiveATC.net, packaged nice and neat for your smartphone.
You will have quick access to dozens of frequencies from air traffic control, you can check the radar in different areas and see the drawings on the slopes. It's pretty good, but we're not so sure it's rate of $ 2.99.
